Anecdotes

These are (usually) short personal anecdotes which have been shared to me by people I know and believe, and which I feel are quite revealing about certain mechanisms at play in our world. Please note that I will be deliberately disguising or omitting details to protect the identities/reputations/careers of said people, and I am not interested in proving their veracity to anyone. In other words, you can “take them or leave them”. Oh and of course, these are all for entertainment purposes only.
